New issue of Business Barometer for September 2015 available

The Business Barometer represents an analysis of subjective opinions of entrepreneurs on the current and future state in the economy, which has an aim to determine a pattern of economic changes and create a framework for easier forecasting and directing economic activities in the future.
When analyzed by sectors, a positive current business climate and optimistic expectations of future business are expressed in the Manufacturing, Agriculture, forestry and fishery, Wholesale and retail, repairs of motor vehicles and motorcycles, Construction and Information and communication sectors. Moreover, the most positive evaluation of the current business climate is described by the Business Barometer coefficient of 82.7 in the Agriculture, forestry and fishery sector. The most optimistic expectations of business in the next six months are recorded in the Wholesale and retail, repairs of motor vehicles and motorcycles sector and expressed with the BBV coefficient of 98.0.
 

Looking at the aggregate level, entrepreneurs in the AP Vojvodina expect positive business results in the following six months based on their attitude that it will come to an increase in the volume of business with foreign clients, which will also cause employment growth.
