Pursuant to the provision of Article 524 and Article 525 of the Law on Companies („Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 36/2011; 99/2011; 83/2011, 83/2014 and 5/2015) in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement on the Establishment of a Limited Liability Company, the Assembly of the Company has made a decision to initiate the liquidation procedure. On 19 September 2017, by the decision of the Business Registers Agency BD 78086/2017, a change of the business name was registered: Agency for Regional Development of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina ltd. Novi Sad - in liquidation.
