Business Barometer of Economy of the AP Vojvodina is a publication by the Agency for Regional Development of the AP Vojvodina in which results of the application of the instrument with the same title are published. This instrument, Business Barometer of Economy of the AP Vojvodina, was developed by the Centre for Strategic Economic Studies “Vojvodina-CESS” in cooperation with the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies WIIW, while the initial database of enterprises was provided by the Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina. Survey under title “Business climate in the AP Vojvodina” is conducted every three months and its results reflect the opinions of business owners regarding the current state in their companies, as well as their expectation of future business activities.

 

Business Barometer offers a possibility of obtaining data on how business owners assess performance of their companies and what they plan for the following period. This type of information can be useful for making strategic decisions, for forecasting activities within a sector or at the macroeconomic level, with target groups being both representatives of public and private sector.
